New Bike Warranty

Your new bicycle from TAWS Bike Garage is back by some of the industries biggest brands. Your frame and all its parts are warrantied by their individual manufacturers for defect. The length of this warranty is specific to the manufacturer. If you have a concern with a part on your new bicycle, get in touch with us, we will be happy to assist you.

Your new bike also comes with a service warranty provided by TAWS Bike Garage. We want to be sure we are taking care of your new bike as your cables stretch and the bike settles in. We don't want to wait for you to have an issue, we just want it to work! When you buy a new bicycle at TAWS, you get 2 included warranty tune-ups. We offer one after approximately 2 months, and another after 6 months. This will give your new bike adequate time to settle in and be in need of some adjustments, even if you don't notice it. If you complete these 2 included tune-up services, we'll give you 50% off the cost of another tune up, to be used within 18 months of the purchase date. We will record your service record in our system, so we can reference back if needed. Note, these services work the same way as regular tune-ups; 24 hour turn around with an appointment.

Also included with your new bike, is our 'Bike Ownership' clinic. Want to learn how to care for your new bike?
